AMA — Ask Me Anything

A portfolio should answer questions, not only display pages.

An AI portfolio interview agent designed to answer visitor questions from portfolio evidence.

01 / Problem

Static portfolios cannot answer a visitor's questions.

A conventional portfolio gives every visitor the same authored sequence, even when each person needs different proof.

02 / Product thesis

Thesis

A portfolio should answer questions, not only display pages.

03 / Design principles

Principles

  1. Ground every answer in portfolio evidence.

Connect responses to work the visitor can inspect instead of letting the model invent unsupported claims.

  2. Shorten the path to relevant proof.

Help visitors reach the case studies, decisions, and outcomes relevant to their question without reading every page first.

04 / Experience flow

Flow

  1. Question

    Accept the visitor's own framing.

  2. Intent

Determine what kind of proof the question requires.

  3. Evidence

    Locate relevant portfolio material.

  4. Answer

Respond within the available evidence boundary.

  5. Follow-up

Let the visitor narrow, challenge, or redirect the inquiry.

07 / Why it was archived

Building the product and operating its market loop were different jobs.

AMA was not archived because the product failed technically. It was archived because I did not have enough time to build the promotion, sales, and feedback loop required to operate it responsibly.

08 / Retrospective

Retrospective

What I learned

Distribution and feedback operations are part of the product, not work that begins after the product is finished.

What I would change

Define a smaller target audience and a repeatable promotion-and-feedback cadence before expanding the interaction surface.
